Insurance and Fees
Session Rate
Standard session rates are $150 for 50 minutes. Contact Michelle for a sliding scale which is considered according to individual circumstances.
Payment
Credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, cash, and checks are accepted. Payment is collected at the time of service. Clients typically use a card they keep on file in their initial paperwork.
Insurance
If there are any unmet deductibles or out of pocket co-pays, the client is responsible for payment at the time of service.
